Affordable Living with No Compromise

The Section 42 Affordable Housing program has been in place to encourage private developers to build high-quality affordable housing communities. The financial assistance received to build Union Apartments was used to reduce the overall cost of the project. Other than income qualification, Union Apartments functions like any other “market rate” apartment community; tenants must pay their own rent and utilities. Certain income restrictions apply. Speak to our Community Manager to go over the details of your particular situation.

We love pets!

At Union Apartments, you can keep up to two (2) pets in your apartment… and we won’t even count the fish! But as it goes, we want to avoid any issues with pets and most importantly, we want everyone to enjoy their home. Below are a few simple, but enforced rules about pets in the building.

  • Two pet max per apartment

  • One dog only, up to 35 pound maximum

  • High risk breeds strictly prohibited (ask for a list)

  • Pets must be always on a leash

  • Strict noise policy enforced

  • Clean up kiosks are located throughout the property

  • Additional pet deposit required
